About the Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join one of Harnham’s specialist Data & AI teams through our structured Academy programme. This role is designed to give you strong foundations in recruitment, sales, and market knowledge, with clear progression opportunities built in from day one.

The Harnham Academy Journey
Months 1–3: Learn & Master 180 Recruitment
- Sourcing active, passive, and hard-to-find candidates through
- Job boards
- Referrals
- Database searches
- Writing and posting compelling job adverts
- Screening, qualifying, and managing candidates through interview processes
Months 3–6: Choose Your Path
Continue developing as a high-performing 180 recruiter, building deeper expertise in candidate management or progress into full 360 recruitment, developing:
- Business development skills
- Client management
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for motivated, people-driven individuals who are excited to build a long-term career in recruitment. You might be:
- A recent graduate eager to start a professional career
- Highly motivated to succeed and driven by targets and progression
- Someone who genuinely enjoys building long-lasting relationships and delivering a great experience
Previous recruitment experience isn’t required — attitude, ambition, and a desire to learn are what matter most.
