Position Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Location: London
Reports To: Divisional Director
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Commission
Graduate Executive Search Consultant
Our client is a specialist Executive Search firm with offices across the UK and USA partnering with innovative companies within the Technology, Digital and Legal markets. They are now looking for ambitious graduates to join their growing team in London as Executive Search Consultants, where you’ll gain the skills, training, and experience to build a high-impact career in executive search and talent consulting.
The Role:
As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact recruitment and advisory projects. You’ll:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and talent strategies
- Research, identify, and engage with senior-level professionals across specialist markets
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from initial brief to offer and placement
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates while developing your own sector expertise
