We’re working with a high-growth, specialist recruitment consultancy that operates across corporate and regulatory markets, partnering with organisations across the public, private, and third sectors.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to:
- Headhunt and engage high-quality candidates
- Build relationships with clients across niche markets
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Develop into a billing consultant within your first 3 months

You’ll work directly alongside experienced recruiters and leadership, gaining exposure much faster than in larger, corporate environments.
