The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Technology
A true 360° recruitment sales role requiring:
- Client acquisition & client management
- Building deep talent networks
- Placing high-demand tech specialists in contract, permanent, and project roles across the tech ecosystem

- Business Development: Identify and engage tech/transformation clients.
- Candidate Engagement: Source, qualify, and place specialist tech professionals.

Who We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria:
- Sales-driven experience in target-based roles (e.g., B2B, telesales, fundraising) or
- Degree-educated with commercial experience
- Thrives in levelling-culture environment with:
- Motivation from uncapped commission & career growth
- Resilience to handle rejection persistently
- Entrepreneurial mindset (assets in business within the business)
