The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Technology

Who We’re Looking For

Essential Criteria:

  • Sales-driven experience in target-based roles (e.g., B2B, telesales, fundraising) or
  • Degree-educated with commercial experience
  • Thrives in levelling-culture environment with:
    • Motivation from uncapped commission & career growth
    • Resilience to handle rejection persistently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset (assets in business within the business)
