About the role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building your own network of clients and candidates within a specialist market.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Identifying and engaging talented professionals within your specialist market
- Managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to successful placement
- Developing market knowledge and becoming a trusted advisor within your sector
- Supporting business development activities and identifying new opportunities
- Negotiating offers and guiding candidates through the hiring process
What we're looking for
- Recent graduates (or those graduating this year)
- Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
- Ambitious, driven, and proactive individuals
- Commercially curious with a desire to learn
- Positive team players who thrive in fast-paced environments

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sport, leadership positions, societies, or sales is advantageous, but not essential.
