Launch Your Recruitment Career in One of the Fastest-Growing Markets in the World
Are you ambitious, competitive, and motivated by success? Do you want to build a career where your effort directly impacts your progression and earnings?
We are looking for a Graduate Resourcer to join our growing team, working across the booming digital infrastructure and data centre market. Operating in a sector driven by the unstoppable growth of cloud technology, AI, and data consumption, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a market with exceptional demand and genuine progression opportunities.
You'll work closely with the wider team, supporting live vacancies, engaging with industry-leading talent and developing into a recognised specialist within the data centre sector.
About Us
We've spent the last four years building a strong reputation within the digital infrastructure and data centre market.
Following this success, we opened another office, a specialist venture that has already achieved significant growth in just 12 months. The business continues to expand rapidly, supported by a high volume of live vacancies and an ambitious growth strategy.
Currently a team of eight, our goal is to at least double in size over the next 12-18 months. This creates genuine opportunities for early joiners to play a key role in our future success and develop into future leaders of the business.
The Opportunity
This is initially a 180 Resourcer position, focused on candidate sourcing, market mapping, talent engagement and supporting the delivery of existing client requirements.
During your first six months, you will gain exposure to multiple specialisms within the data centre market, allowing you to discover where your strengths and interests lie.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
