Graduate Associate (Executive Search) – European Languages

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing executive search firm that partners with leading investment management businesses across financial services, technology and data. Working on international search assignments, you'll use your language skills to engage with senior professionals across European markets while developing specialist knowledge of the industries and businesses you support.
From the outset, you'll be involved in live projects, speaking with senior professionals and building genuine market insight from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Researching industries, companies and senior professionals across international markets
- Mapping talent and identifying the key individuals within specialist sectors
- Speaking directly with senior professionals and building long-term relationships
- Supporting live executive search assignments and delivering high-quality client work
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable client insight
- Learning how executive search supports strategic hiring decisions for global organisations

Who They're Looking For
- Fluent or native in French, German, Spanish, Italian or Arabic
- Strong academic background, ideally a 2:1 degree or above
- Evidence of resilience, determination and a strong work ethic
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Naturally curious, commercially aware and interested in business and international markets
- Organised, proactive and eager to learn

Previous executive search or recruitment experience isn't required. The firm is looking for graduates with the ambition, professionalism and potential to build a successful long-term career.
