Graduate Associate (Executive Search) – European Languages

From the outset, you'll be involved in live projects, speaking with senior professionals and building genuine market insight from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Researching industries, companies and senior professionals across international markets
- Mapping talent and identifying the key individuals within specialist sectors
- Speaking directly with senior professionals and building long-term relationships
- Supporting live executive search assignments and delivering high-quality client work
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable client insight
- Learning how executive search supports strategic hiring decisions for global organisations

Who They're Looking For
- Fluent or native in French, German, Spanish, Italian or Arabic
- Strong academic background, ideally a 2:1 degree or above
- Evidence of resilience, determination and a strong work ethic
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Naturally curious, commercially aware and interested in business and international markets
- Organised, proactive and eager to learn
