Graduate Research Executive – Consumer Market Research
Department: Research Location: MMM Research London
We’re seeking a creative, analytical and proactive Graduate Research Executive to join our dynamic team of market research experts.
In this role, you’ll work with leading global brands to develop groundbreaking products in food, drink, and personal care. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver both creative and analytical results, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Research Executive, you’ll contribute across all stages of the project cycle, working closely with multi-national brands and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in and contributing to client and internal proposal discussions, refining draft elements as needed.
- Conducting secondary data research to provide commercial and category context for proposals and final reports.
- Assisting in briefing fieldwork agencies for in-person research while designing questionnaires aligned with client objectives.
- Analysing quantitative data to uncover patterns and stories, then transferring insights into clear, engaging reports.
- Developing skills in client relationship management, presentation, and business development through hands-on experience.
- Exploring the use of emerging AI tools to enhance research methodologies and efficiency.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
We’re looking for a motivated enthusiast who brings:
- A 2:1 degree with a focus on research (or a related field).
- Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude, and strong communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, forward-thinking, and eager to take initiative.
- An ability to build strong working relationships and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced team environment.
- Adaptability with creative problem-solving skills and a hunger to navigate complex challenges.
