Description
Are you driven by data and passionate about insights? We are a leading global market research company, enabling organisations to make smarter, bolder, and faster decisions.
We are the Syndicated Healthcare team. Instead of doing one-off projects for a single client, we create reports and analysis that multiple companies buy. We use our healthcare data to support our pharmaceutical clients business strategy and to track its success in the market.
We answer our clients' biggest questions by showing them what’s actually happening in the real world—like how their drugs are being prescribed and how they can better communicate with doctors. With our deep market knowledge, we give pharma companies the tools they need to succeed.
The Role
As a Graduate Research Executive, you will be working with data to create actionable insight led findings and storytelling the opportunities that exist. Understanding how research influences our clients, their commercial imperatives and organisational challenges. Working on relatable brands, products and services that have an impact on your everyday life.
Supported by your manager & team, you will:
- Gain an ever-evolving, in-depth knowledge of the therapy areas you are working in, the treatments used, and the clients involved and their business objectives.
- Help ensure our questionnaires accurately reflect how the disease is treated and develop new questions as client business needs change.
- Review data, ensuring its reliability, as we pride ourselves on our robust datasets that clients base important business decisions on – therefore, data accuracy is imperative.
- Use cross-tabulation software to design and run bespoke data analyses.
- Start your role at Ipsos within our Neurology team; covering areas like MS, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and Migraine.
About You
We encourage diversity of thought so we look for candidates who are as diverse as the societies, markets and people we work with. Therefore we are looking for:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
