Graduate Researcher (Recruitment)

Location: St Albans - The Maltings Salary: £26,800+ plus commission and further benefits Start Date: 2026

Understanding Recruitment is an award-winning specialist technology recruitment agency based in St Albans. We’re thriving through an exciting phase of growth and are looking for skilled and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing teams!

In this role as Graduate Researcher, you’ll receive comprehensive training and development:

  • From internal learning and development (L&D) teams
  • External industry professionals
  • Peer-to-peer mentoring

This support will empower you to excel in your recruitment career.

The Role

You’ll collaborate closely with our expanding client base, assisting them in sourcing cutting-edge tech talent to fulfil hiring demands. Your contributions will directly impact the success and development of businesses.
