Orbian is a rapidly growing, established financial services firm serving large corporate multinationals and their global supply-chains. Orbian offers trade finance and settlement solutions that seek to provide buyers and suppliers of goods and services with a better way of financing and settling trade payables and trade receivables.
Orbian are seeking a fluent German speaking graduate for this entry-level implementation role. The core part of this role is meeting clients over video call and liaising with senior internal stakeholders to enable implementations, in both German and English. We are seeking graduates who would thrive in this environment, with excellent communication skills. There is a thorough training program in place for this graduate position.

Main Purpose of the Role and Responsibilities:
The Implementations Consultant has responsibility for the following functions within the Implementations department:
- Support all client and project Implementations
- External and internal customer testing support
- System demonstrations setup, confidently lead online and in-person Orbian system demonstrations to existing and prospective clients
- Relationship management with both external and internal stakeholders
- Dealing with confidential and sensitive material/information, and overseeing these situations with discretion and integrity
- Resolution of testing incidents as they occur (technical / functional)
- Buyer / supplier technical configuration and file format support
- Buyer / supplier master data testing tasks
- Custom reporting requirements
- Work proactively and positively with all areas of the business in line with the Orbian vision
- Ad Hoc presentations, meetings, reports, and support as required

Skills Required:
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Ability to prioritize work effectively and organize daily workload constructively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to be assertive if necessary
- A proactive approach and ability to identify and implement improvements for processes
- Solid decision-making (from time to time this role will involve making decisions (at an appropriate level), as required)
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to demonstrate a high level of competence in combining professional call-handling skills with data/interactive web transactions
