About the Role
Join a respected and growing rural consultancy where you'll gain hands-on experience, expert mentorship, and the support needed to build a successful career in rural surveying. We are seeking an ambitious Graduate Rural Surveyor to join our client’s growing team and build a rewarding career in land management. Working alongside experienced professionals and directors, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of rural land and property matters while developing your technical knowledge and practical skills through hands-on experience across a variety of projects. You'll benefit from structured APC and CAAV training, providing the support needed to achieve your professional qualifications and progress your long-term career.

We're looking for a graduate with a strong academic background, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills. This opportunity is equally suited to an apprentice who is eager to build a career in rural surveying, gain valuable hands-on experience, and work towards achieving professional qualifications. Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of rural property and estate management services including valuations, planning, property transaction, and advisory services to landowners and tenants.
- Support and assist in preparing grant and subsidy applications.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team on a range of rural and agricultural property matters.
- Develop and manage strong professional relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- A degree in Rural Business Management or related field.

Pay range and compensation package
