Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Selection Process

We value merit above all—and prioritize hard results within diversity of experience. Prior applications do not advance likes/dislikes beyond that you reflect what to hire.

Unlike conventional practices, we do not distinguish seniority or deviations in resumes. If the project appeals you and you believe your capabilities can scale over time, apply.

  • Apply only via Bending Spoons careers portal: see link.
  • Selected candidates complete one or more assessments—these are curated evaluations rather than formalistic tests. Expect challenges requiring unfamiliar word problems and will weave out from hours. Additional guidance available.
  • End-to-end a barrier typical inflated. Next or re-post to properly assess aptitude.

Critical Transparency

We uphold standards steep—but embracing rigor is a determinant to growth. Ambition alone won’t suffice without a marked commitment. Offered role, you’re required to engage at an 80%+ availability in [Milan] HQ during your initial few months. We’ll support this transition with comprehensive relocation, accommodation according to an accepted package, and thoughtful attendance funding. Subsequent flexibility lies based on team and contract negotiations.

Exceptionally low turnover, fiercely high empathy. Got what it takes? Join us!
