Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic sales function development: Help build and refine the B2B sales approach for enterprise customers, shaping processes and standards.
  • Lead generation & conversion: Identify high-potential leads via data-driven insights and AI tools, then execute cold calling and targeted outreach to secure long-term contracts.
  • Client relationship management: Understand industry incentives, decision-makers, and purchasing motives to build enduring partnerships.
  • Product advocacy & feedback: Articulate company offerings clearly during discussions, collect client insights, and synthetize feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Data-informed sales: Leverage performance analytics to refine strategies, prioritize high-value opportunities, and continuously optimize the sales approach.
  • Service excellence: Ensure exceptional service at every interaction, building trust and long-term client relationships.

    • £56,345 (London)
    • €54,346 (Europe exept London)
    • Up to £151,436 (London) and €145,430 (Europe) for senior-scoped roles
