WORKING HOURS: 7.30am - 4.30pm

CONTRACT: Full-time, Permanent

Are you looking to start your career in a successful international business?

We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Graduate Commercial Coordinator to join our growing team in Aylesford. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales support and business administration while developing valuable commercial skills in a supportive, people-first environment.

Whether you're a recent graduate or have gained transferable experience through work, internships or placements, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. If you enjoy helping customers, building relationships and keeping things organised, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and Live Chat
  • Qualifying customer enquiries by understanding their requirements
  • Preparing accurate quotations for new and existing customers
  • Maintaining customer records and updating our CRM system
  • Coordinating appointments for Area Sales Managers
  • Managing post-order administration, including product queries and delivery updates
  • Supporting customers with after-sales enquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Working closely with teams across the business to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Developing your knowledge of our products, customers and commercial processes through ongoing training

What Success Looks Like

You'll become a trusted member of the team by providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate administration and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues while continuously developing your commercial skills.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Ideally you'll have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications or another relevant subject is advantageous, or relevant transferable experience gained through work, internships or placements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
