Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

We're far more interested in attitude than experience.

You'll thrive if you are:

  • Ambitious and motivated by earning commission
  • Confident speaking with new people
  • Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Competitive and target-driven
  • Looking for a long-term career rather than just another job

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, retail, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, or outbound calling would be advantageous, but it's by no means essential.

Career Progression

This business has a genuine promote-from-within culture with a structured development pathway into Account Executive and managerial roles.

If you're looking for a company that will invest in your development, reward your performance, and offer genuine progression into a consultative B2B sales career, we'd love to hear from you.
