Graduate Sales Associate £30,000 Base Salary + £30,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission | Fast-Track Career Progression

We're looking for ambitious graduates to join our commercial team as Sales Associates, helping connect leading pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations with innovative marketing and educational solutions.

This isn't a role where you'll spend years waiting for your next opportunity. Our top performers can progress into a full Account Executive role within 12-18 months, taking ownership of their own clients, running the sales process end-to-end, and significantly increasing their earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for generating opportunities that fuel the wider sales team.

You'll identify target companies, engage senior decision-makers and secure high-quality meetings that turn into revenue.

Your days will include:

  • Researching and identifying target pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences organisations
  • Speaking with senior stakeholders across multiple channels including phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Building relationships and uncovering business challenges
  • Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Working closely with Account Executives on target accounts and campaign strategy
  • Managing activity accurately within the CRM
  • Learning the commercial landscape of different therapy areas and healthcare markets
  • Contributing ideas, testing new messaging and continually improving your approach
