Graduate Sales Development Executive

Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Commercial Finance Brokerage

Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in sales and commercial finance?

Our client, a fast-growing Commercial Finance Brokerage based in Central London, is seeking ambitious and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their expanding team.

The Role

As an SDR, your core responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by building relationships with business owners across the UK. You’ll play a key role in supporting the brokerage’s growth by:

  • Identifying and engaging with prospective clients
  • Initiating conversations to qualify opportunities
  • Booking appointments for senior brokers

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Engaging with business owners and decision-makers
  • Qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior brokers
  • Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Managing CRM activity and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating closely with experienced brokers and the sales team

Who You Are

We’re looking for:

  • A recent graduate with 6-12 months of sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • A resilient, driven, and target-oriented mindset
  • Highly motivated, with a genuine desire to build a career in sales
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
