As demand for the platform continues to grow, we're looking for ambitious graduates who want to build a career in B2B sales within one of the fastest-growing sectors of financial services.
The Opportunity
This is an ideal role for someone looking to launch a career in sales.
As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities by introducing IMP Intelligence to senior decision-makers across the global private markets industry.
Working alongside experienced Account Executives and senior leadership, you'll learn how to build relationships with C-suite executives, create outbound sales campaigns, qualify opportunities and develop the skills required to become a successful B2B sales professional.

You'll receive hands-on coaching, structured training and exposure to every stage of the commercial process from day one.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective private markets firms globally
- Build targeted outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn and telephone outreach
- Engage senior professionals including HR Directors, Heads of Talent, Compensation Leaders, COOs, CFOs and Managing Partners
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the commercial team
- Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline information within HubSpot
- Learn and communicate IMP Intelligence's products and value proposition
- Work closely with senior colleagues to refine messaging and campaign strategy
- Consistently achieve activity and meeting generation targets
About You
We're looking for ambitious graduates who are motivated to build a career in sales. You don't need previous sales experience; we're far more interested in your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
You'll likely have:
- A university degree (or be graduating this year)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence speaking with senior professionals
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, resilient and competitive mindset
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning about business and financial markets

Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or sales tools is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
Career Progression
This role is designed as the first step in a long-term commercial career.
High-performing Graduate SDRs will have the opportunity to progress into an Account Executive role in as little as 6-12 months, where you'll begin managing your own clients, running product demonstrations and generating revenue.
As IMP Intelligence continues to grow, there will be further opportunities to progress into senior commercial, enterprise sales and leadership positions.
