What Does the Company Do?
Traditionally, this company have helped to design and plan complex building projects such as bridges, transport systems and commercial offices. Recently they've launched a new arm of the company that builds software and other tech-based tools for clients to take advantage of, such as crowd modelling and crash simulation. The software can speed up safety testing, reduce human error and generate reports and insights to support strategic decisions.

This is an entry level sales role, no previous experience selling business-to-business is required. The right candidate for the role will be driven by targets, a strong relationship builder and confident around new people.

What Is the Package Offered?
- £28,000 base salary
- £40,000 OTE
What Will I Do as an SDR?
Working as a Sales Development Representative, your time will be split between the Birmingham office (3 days) and working from home. Your responsibility will be to contact decision makers across a variety of industries such as Automotive, Aerospace and property developers. Any company that deal with complex physical environments could be a client.
