Healthcare is constantly evolving, with new treatments, technologies and clinical breakthroughs emerging every day. Behind many of these innovations are organisations looking to educate healthcare professionals, raise awareness of new therapies and connect with the right audiences.
We're recruiting a Graduate Sales Development Representative to join an award-winning healthcare publishing and medical communications business that partners with some of the world's leading pharmaceutical and life sciences organisations.
This isn't a transactional sales role.
You'll become a specialist within your own therapy area, developing an understanding of the disease landscape, key pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals and upcoming medical congresses. Your role is to identify commercial opportunities, engage senior stakeholders and generate qualified meetings that help clients deliver educational content to the clinicians who need it most.
The Role
As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you'll be responsible for building relationships with senior decision-makers across pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations.
Using research, outbound calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn, you'll identify organisations that could benefit from advertising, educational partnerships and bespoke medical communication solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
