Job Description
This is your chance to join a fast-growing property tech company that’s transforming how property businesses connect with residents, buyers, and tenants.
Using smart, automated tools - from voice messages and SMS updates to digital nudges and AI-driven workflows - they’re helping estate agents, developers, and property managers reach the right people at the right time. The result? Fewer void periods, reduced arrears, higher tenant satisfaction, and far more efficient operations.
If you’re a graduate ready to launch your career but not quite sure where to start, this is the kind of opportunity that changes everything.
I’m working with one of the most exciting SaaS companies in the North - a business scaling rapidly thanks to their AI-powered platform, already trusted by 60+ clients across the property and real estate sector. After securing £9 million in investment, they’re now looking for an ambitious graduate to join as an SDR.
This isn’t your typical, boiler-room sales job. You’ll be part of a high-performing team focused on smart, strategic outreach - not endless cold calling. You’ll work closely with marketing, attend industry events, meet prospects in person, and learn how to build a pipeline from scratch. This company moves quickly and rewards initiative - they want someone ready to take ownership early and grow fast.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
