Graduate Sales Engineer
Graduate Sales Engineer – Warwick (Permanent or Part-Time/Full-Time)
Salary: Negotiable, in the region of £30,000–40,000
Location: Warwick
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time (2 days per week) OR Full-time
Working Arrangement: Full-time on-site in Warwick
Role Summary
As a Graduate Sales Engineer, you will hold both technical and commercial responsibility for preparing quotations in response to customer enquiries. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive proposals.
This Graduate Sales Engineer role supports business growth by preparing quotations for a range of products, including:
- Spare parts
- Bespoke solutions
- Pressure control equipment
- Metering equipment

The position offers flexibility, allowing hours to range from 2 days per week to full-time, depending on your preference.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop quotations for products, spares, and bespoke solutions.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to gather technical and commercial information.
- Review customer enquiries, identifying the best-suited technical and commercial solutions.
- Ensure proposals align with company standards and contractual requirements.
- Prioritise timely delivery of proposals for pressure control and metering equipment.
- Provide internal sales support throughout the enquiry, quotation, and order process.
- Deepen understanding of the UK utilities supply chain.
Requirements of the Role
- Qualification:
- BSc or equivalent in Engineering, or
- MBA in Business, or
- Relevant job-based experience in lieu of formal education.
- Driving licence: Full and valid UK licence (required for role mobility).
- Experience:
- Experience in technical/engineering sales, quotations, proposals, or internal sales.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to liaise confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Technical skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advantageous: Sage experience.
- Aptitudes:
- Capacity to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Previously suited to a Graduate Sales Engineer position.
