The Role
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you'll receive structured training while learning every aspect of business-to-business sales. You'll build relationships, manage customer accounts and develop your own portfolio of business.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing customer accounts
- Converting enquiries into sales
- Identifying and winning new business
- Re-engaging dormant customers
- Managing the sales process from quotation to close
- Delivering an excellent customer experience

Your Career Path
Whilst there are many paths your career can take in this role, typical progression is;
- Internal Sales Executive - Build foundations, manage accounts
- Senior Internal / Account Manager - Larger customers, higher targets
- External Sales / Business Development - Field-based, major growth responsibility
- Leadership Roles - Manage teams or business units
What We're Looking For
No previous sales experience is required-we're looking for graduates with the right attitude and ambition.
You'll have:

- Excellent communication skills
