Graduate Sales Executive – Technical (Chemical) Solutions
Are you a recent graduate, ideally with a science degree, looking to kick-start a successful career in sales? We're seeking an ambitious, resilient, and driven individual to join our team as a Graduate Sales Executive.
You will be joining an ambitious family business that is a leading supplier of technical (chemical) solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your commercial skills within a structured and supportive environment, with full training provided.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through:
- Outbound calls
- Social media engagement
- Appointment setting

What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls and engaging prospects via phone and social media
- Booking qualified meetings with target businesses
- Learning the technical aspects of our products and their applications
- Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities
- Supporting customer trials and onboarding activities
Requirements

- A recent graduate, ideally with a Science-related degree (preferably Chemistry, Biology or Materials Science)
- Ambitious, hungry for success, and motivated to build a long-term career in sales
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Resilient, organised, and target-driven
- Previous outbound calling or sales experience is highly advantageous
