Job Description:
Overview
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop their career in B2B sales within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the growth of the organisation. A strong focus on communication, analysis skills, and leadership potential will be essential to thrive in this position.
Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new sales prospects and understand client needs effectively.
- Utilise Salesforce CRM system to manage leads, track sales activities, and update client information accurately.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client expectations.
- Analyse sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement or growth.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking initiative in developing sales strategies and mentoring new team members when appropriate.

Experience
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior exposure or internship experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate confidently.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic projects, extracurricular activities, or previous roles.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within a professional sales environment.
