Graduate Sales Executive

· Exciting graduate sales opportunity with a £200 million turnover company · Hybrid role based in Whitechapel · Join a sales academy thriving since 2008!

Salary: £28,000 base salary, £36,000 OTE

Start Date: 7th September 2026

Established in 2002, our client is a company with a turnover of £200 million and over 700 members of staff. They provide:

  • Cloud services
  • SD-WAN networks
  • Unified Communications
  • Cybersecurity prevention and remediation services
  • High-capacity, secure, business-only network

They offer world-class professional and managed IT Services trusted by over 3,000 customers. This company is the only one in Europe that operates and commits to eight ISO international standards.

Due to expansion, the company is looking for multiple graduates to join their team.

The Role

Joining as a Sales Executive on September 7th, you’ll be immersed in a sales academy that has existed since 2008.

Onboarding Phase:

The first 6 weeks will consist of:

  • Learning
  • Shadowing
  • Starting to make sales calls

Post Onboarding:

  • You’ll buddy up with a senior sales team member to help develop new business sales opportunities
  • This will be largely a new business-focused role featuring a small element of account management, including a small portfolio of existing customers

The company is dedicated to making you the best salesperson you can be, so you will enrolled onto a Level 3 IT Sales Apprenticeship—a 13-month industry-recognised programme designed to fast-track your development and kickstart your career in IT Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating leads and cold calling prospective and existing customers
  • Providing remote support for opportunities
  • Attending in-person meetings with potential clients
  • Consulting clients on the company’s portfolio and services
  • Negotiating pricing with clients to achieve sales aligned with pricing policies and client requirements
  • Accurate forecasting and regular activity reporting
  • Ensuring sales and KPI targets are achieved

Work Schedule:

  • 3 days in the Central London office
  • 2 days working from home

Ideal Candidate Criteria

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you are likely to be:

  • Commutable to Whitechapel three times a week
  • Educated to degree level
  • Enthusiastic to begin your sales career
  • Excited by working towards targets
  • Possess a competitive edge whilst maintaining team player abilities
  • Skilled in building comfortable client relationships

Package

This graduate sales role includes:

  • £28,000 basic salary
  • £36,000 uncompensated Marketing Package (OTE)
  • 25 days holiday + BH (Bank Holidays) plus birthday off
