Graduate Sales Executive
Calling All Graduates!!
We are expanding our Sponsorship and Delegate Sales teams and would love to hear from you.
Intrinsic Communications is a boutique events company specialising in bespoke dinners, breakfasts, lunches, half-day events, virtual events, and two-day Summits. We're looking for enthusiastic graduates ready to take their first step in sales, enabling them to work across the entire product portfolio.
About the Role
This is a telephone-based role, where you will:
- Make outbound calls to pre-defined data sets, engaging senior executives to either sponsor or register for our events
- Utilise additional outreach tools including:
- Microsoft Teams

About You
You will be:
- Articulate, enthusiastic, and confident with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Well-organised, resilient, and able to work to tight deadlines
- A highly ambitious individual with a results-driven attitude focused on exceeding key performance indicators and targets
You must be:
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Prepared for international travel to our events as needed

- Salary: £27,500 - £35,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Uncapped OTE plus additional performance bonuses (realistic year one OTE £45,000)
