What You'll Be Doing
- Managing your own customer accounts and growing revenue
- Converting inbound enquiries into profitable business
- Identifying and winning new customers
- Re-engaging dormant accounts
- Taking full ownership of deals: Quote → Negotiate → Close
- Building long-term relationships across complex supply chains
- Working closely with operations to deliver for your customers
Your Career Path
Whilst there are many paths your career can take in this role, typical progression is;
- Internal Sales Executive - Build foundations, manage accounts
- Senior Internal / Account Manager - Larger customers, higher targets
- External Sales / Business Development - Field-based, major growth responsibility
- Leadership Roles - Manage teams or business units
