The Role
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you'll develop relationships with new and existing customers, generate new business opportunities, and manage accounts across international markets. You'll learn the ins and outs of global freight while building valuable sales, negotiation, and account management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through calls, networking, and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to account growth.
- Work closely with Operations to deliver the best logistics solutions.
- Support customers throughout the shipping process and resolve any issues.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
About You
- A 2:1 degree or above.
- At least 6 months' customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious, resilient, and commercially minded.
- Eager to learn and develop in a sales-driven environment.
