Salary: £30,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

You’ll learn every stage of the sales process, from selling visitor and delegate tickets to securing six-figure sponsorship packages and exhibition space for some of the world’s leading brands.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with businesses across multiple industries.
- Selling exhibition space to companies looking to showcase their products and services.
- Securing sponsorship opportunities for leading international events.
- Selling delegate and visitor packages across our global portfolio.
- Identifying new business opportunities through outbound sales activity.
- Managing your own client portfolio and developing long-term relationships.
- Negotiating commercial agreements with senior decision-makers.
- Working closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver exceptional events.
- Travelling to exhibitions and industry events where required.
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in sales.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Confident communicating with people at all levels.
- Competitive, ambitious, and eager to succeed.
- Resilient and comfortable working towards targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- No previous sales experience is required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
