The Role: Evolving with Growth
We are seeking a ** determined, relationship-focused Graduate Sales Executive** to contribute to our global expansion efforts.
Reporting & Responsibilities
- Report to: Team Lead
- Core focus area: 100% new business development & lead generation
- Location: Based in London (The Bower, 5 days/week, dog-friendly office).
This role is tailored for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to drive immediate results while building long-term partner relationships.
Core Responsibilities
You will actively drive sales performance while supporting strategic partnerships, executing process adherence, and fueling innovation in revenue growth.

Key Performance Outcomes
- Achieve consistent sales targets (KPI-driven ambitions)
- Responsibility tracking:
- cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn profiling), warm hellos
- face-to-face interactions (select meetings) to align with fresh prospects
- diversified engagement over phone, email, direct in-person meetings
- Sales execution across funnel steps: outreach → opportunity pipeline → close
- Sales pipeline stewardship throughout prospect lifecycle (warm handoff to commercial setups)
- Trend analysis & proposal tailoring: industry shifts, competitor insights
- Analyse partner / business-fit to map prescriptive business recommendations
Partner-Centric Success
- Serve as the primary commercial advocate for Fresha’s products and services
- Map partner goals & challenges, aligning recommended solutions
- Collaborate relentlessly

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is a highly self-motivated, proactive performant relationship-builder, with exceptional experience within a B2B landscape.
Experience & Maturity
- Minimum 1 year solid B2B sales experience with proven track records (tractions visible)
- Past experience in SaaS, [online marketplaces] or payment platforms is an authoritative edge

- Talent Call – 30-minute video screening (Talent Team).
- Skills/Experience Test – 30-minute formal interview (Team Lead).
- Commercial Pitch Test – Hands-on, in-person testing among Senior Management (60 mins).
