Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Converting inbound enquiries into profitable deals
  • Prospecting & winning new business
  • Rebuilding dormant relationships
  • End-to-end deal management: from quote → negotiation → close
  • Building long-term partnerships (including complex supply chains)
  • Collaborating closely with operations to meet customer needs
