Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing customer accounts and driving revenue growth
- Converting inbound enquiries into profitable deals
- Prospecting & winning new business
- Rebuilding dormant relationships
- End-to-end deal management: from quote → negotiation → close
- Building long-term partnerships (including complex supply chains)
- Collaborating closely with operations to meet customer needs
