This company, with 40+ years of expertise, specialises in supplying hard-to-source stainless steel products for complex industrial applications. Their client base spans engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
They are part of a broader group that includes 16 specialist businesses and achieves a total turnover of £138 million.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing your own customer accounts, boosting revenue
- Turning inbound enquiries into profitable business deals
- Identifying and winning new customers, including dormant accounts
- Taking full ownership of deals from quote → negotiation → close
- Building long-term customer relationships within complex supply chains
- Collaborating closely with operations teams to meet customer needs
Your Career Path
This role offers multiple growth paths:
- Internal Sales Executive – Laying foundations in account management
- Senior Internal/Account Manager – Handling larger clients with higher revenue targets
- External Sales / Business Development – Transitioning into field-based roles with major growth responsibilities
- Leadership Roles – Managing teams or entire business units

Requirements
We’re looking for driven, ambitious graduates with:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Commercial awareness and a keen interest in business growth
- High energy, competitiveness, and resilience
- Confidence in building relationships and influencing decisions
- A self-starter mindset, with the ability to take full ownership of tasks
- Problem-solving aptitude and enthusiasm for learning
No industry experience is required—potential and attitude matter most.
