The role Forsyth Barnes partners with high-growth FinTech businesses and global brands to help them build high-performing technology teams.
This is a full-cycle commercial role where you’ll be responsible for: Generating new business through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and targeted outreach Building relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers Developing your own client base within the FinTech technology market Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates Managing client and candidate conversations throughout the process Negotiating terms, closing placements, and earning commission
