About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an ambitious and motivated Graduate Sales Executive to join their growing commercial team.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, ideal for graduates, career changers, and candidates with experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or business who are looking to build a successful career in sales.
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will work with prospective and existing business customers, identify new opportunities, build long-term relationships, and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential business customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
- Update customer information using CRM systems.
- Support account management and business development activities.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.
Skills & Experience
- Degree educated or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Commercial awareness and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is beneficial.
- No previous B2B sales experience required – full training provided.
