Our flagship online power purchase agreement (PPA) platform is revolutionising the renewable energy market in the UK and has recently expanded into Germany, marking our first international success. We will imminently be releasing our 3rd generation of the platform—delivering a plethora of additional benefits to our clients.
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll be a key player in our UK sales team, with expert guidance from an array of professionals. You will be responsible for finding new renewable energy generators and introducing them to the strength of our platform, as well as supporting existing clients to renew. Tasks
What you’ll be doing at Renewable Exchange
- Full training and guidance will be provided. We'll be looking for a candidate who has a passion for sales and working with people.
- We are looking for someone who can build long-term relationships with clients, ensure satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey and help grow new opportunities with prospective clients.
- Speak with new customers on phone & video calls, and help on-board them to the platform whilst promoting the benefits of using Renewable Exchange.
- Ask engaging questions to fully understand our customers' situation and needs, enabling us to offer the best solution for their circumstances.
- Maximise customer renewals on the platform through a relationship-first sales ethos, and grow revenue from new customers responding to our marketing campaigns.
- Be curious! The energy industry is constantly changing, and our customers value our expertise. A successful candidate will be eager to learn and evolve with the business to ensure we remain market leaders.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be either a graduate with a 2:1 or higher degree, or an applicant with 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Eager to learn and an excellent communicator on phone, video calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Motivated and driven to deliver the best service possible to our clients and develop long-term relationships.
- Well-organised with exceptional planning and prioritisation skills.
