£36,000 per annum, plus generous OTE Potential earnings after 24-month training:
- Year One:** £70,000 – £80,000
- Year Two:** £85,000 – £120,000
- Year Three:** £100,000 – £150,000

The Opportunity
An exceptional chance for a motivated, commercially astute graduate to accelerate their career in a fast-growing, meritocratic, and dynamic finance firm. This role is for self-starting individuals with a sales mindset—please do not apply if you prefer analytical roles.
As a Graduate Finance Broker, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound sales outreach to potential new clients to establish relationships and generate interest.
- Employing a customer-centric approach to qualify leads through consultative conversations.
- Assessing client financial needs and positioning the company’s commercial finance solutions appropriately.
- Developing sales proposals and credit applications, including gathering required financial and non-financial documentation from clients.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
✅ Your full unrestricted right to work in the UK is mandatory. ✅ Academic background:
- Minimum AAB at A Level
- 2:1 degree or above in any discipline ✅ Strong sales skills and a commercially-driven mindset. ✅ Highly competitive personality—preferably with experience in competitive sports (ideal).
