Graduate Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Kent
Salary: £28,000 base + up to 50% performance bonus
Type: Permanent Position with 3–6 month performance review
We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Graduate Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow the Asprey brand across Kent.
This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating momentum in a growing business.
You’ll be out in the market speaking to local businesses, networking regularly, and helping make sure our brand becomes well known across the area.

What you’ll be doing
- Building awareness of the Asprey brand across the local territory
- Visiting potential partners and customers in person
- Speaking with plumbers, letting agents, and other local contacts
- Dropping off marketing materials and generating leads
- Attending weekly networking events, including BNI
- Spending most of the week in the field, with one office-based day each week
What we’re looking for
- A recent graduate or early-career candidate
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Confidence speaking to new people and building relationships
- Self-motivation and resilience
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business growth
