The Role
As a Graduate Commercial Trainee, you'll begin your career with a structured 3-month induction programme, gaining exposure to every area of the business. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll develop a strong understanding of the commercial, operational and customer-facing aspects of the company before moving into your permanent role within the sales team.
You'll work closely with Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Business Development Managers, suppliers, logistics teams and fitters, helping to resolve issues, process orders and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and wants to develop a broad commercial skillset.

As part of your development, you'll receive structured internal training, external sales training through BMS Progress and one-to-one mentoring from the General Manager, who began his own career in a similar graduate role within the group.
