Job Description

What You’ll Get

  • £26,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission, with realistic Year 1 earnings of £35,000+
  • Clear progression, with early hires already stepping into senior roles: SDR → Senior → Leadership/Account Management/AE
  • Hybrid working, one day per week from home
  • Exposure to UK and US clients
  • Work closely with the founder and leadership team
  • Full onboarding, sales training, and 1:1 mentorship
  • Regular team incentives and social events, including trips to Chester Races

  • Build and manage a pipeline of outbound sales opportunities
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls for senior sales reps
  • Work toward daily KPIs and monthly targets
  • Learn the product and market inside-out to deliver real value
