Role Overview

To support Fresha’s exciting and progressive growth, we are recruiting an exceptional Business Development Executive to meet our ambitious objectives.

This is an ideal opportunity for a fast-paced, proactive self-starter who thrives on challenges and scalability.

The role will be based at our dog-friendly London office (5 days per week): The Bower, The Tower, 207 Old St, London, EC1V 9NR


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Outreach & Engagement: Cold call, email, and social outreach to decision-makers to secure new partnerships (including in-person meetings when appropriate)
  • Product Demonstration & Sales:
    • Conduct product demos to showcase ways Fresha solves business challenges
    • Pitch and close deals for new partners and existing accounts
  • Sales Cycle Ownership:
    • Prospecting to close – Own the entire sales process from lead generation to successful deal execution
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partners’ goals
  • Customer Success Collaboration:
    • Work with onboarding, product, and support teams to ensure seamless partner experience
  • Market Insights: Share observations on trends and opportunities in the beauty/wellness sector
  • Lead Management:
    • Respond to 100% of inbound leads within set timelines
    • Log all activities in the CRM
  • Commercial Partnerships:
    • Maintain roles as the lead point of contact for all commercial interactions with partners

Profile & Requirements

Experience

  • Strong B2B sales experience with 1 year minimum, demonstrating a successful track record

Industry Preference

  • Background in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms highly desirable

Skills & Attributes

  • Natural Hunter & Relationship Builder: Enthusiastic proactive communicator who enjoys relationship-driven sales
  • Organisation & Juggling Multiple Priorities:
    • Effective multitasker with strong time management skills

Key Benefits

  • Base Salary: £30,000
  • Variable Pay: £10,000 (+ accelerated commission for exceeding targets)
  • Competitive value-add

Interview Process

  1. Screen Call – 30-minute video interview with Talent Team.
  2. Skills & Experience Assessment – 30-minute video or in-person interview with Team Leads.
  3. Presentation – 75-minute in-person interview with Team Leads and General Manager (UK & Ireland).

The full process is aimed to conclude within 2 weeks, with feedback provided timely.
