Ideal provides consultancy, managed project and resource solutions designed to support healthcare organisations at all stages of their digital journey.
Role Overview
We're looking for an ambitious and inquisitive graduate to join our team, using research, analysis, and relationship-building to identify new opportunities across the healthcare sector. This is primarily an office-based role in our Guildford office, with one day a week working from home.

Key Responsibilities
- Map healthcare organisations to find digital projects.
- Pinpoint key decision-makers and technology leaders.
- Confidently call and email senior healthcare contacts.
- Review hospital and health board transformation strategies.
- Maintain precise records within our CRM system.

- A confident, outgoing, and proactive individual.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A degree in any discipline (Business, Technology or Healthcare preferred).
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
