What is the package for the role?
- £26,000-£28,000 base salary
- £38,000 OTE (Uncapped)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
What is required from me?
There is no business-to-business sales experience required, it's all about your attitude and desire to succeed. The right person for this role will be a strong relationship builder, very confident and capable of working towards targets. They'll be someone with huge desire to grow their career, wanting to take advantage of all the training and development opportunities that come with the role. An ideal candidate may have some phone based experience, or could have done a placement year at university. The right candidate will be based within commutable distance of Redditch, Worcestershire.

Who's hiring?
This company produce and provide high end temporary heating and cooling equipment to commercial and industrial sectors. They support businesses with scenarios such as crisis management, supporting equipment during periods of construction and much more - doing so all over the UK. They're now working with BMS to add 4 new Internal Sales Executives to their Redditch team.
What is the role?
Working as an Internal Sales Executive, your role will be to drive new business opportunities through contacting a range of potential clients. You'll partner with an experienced salesperson to learn from and develop alongside, looking to win business and support sales strategy. There will be the opportunity to earn commission through opportunities identified and deals closed, with a range of outbound calls as well as reacting to inbound sales leads. As you begin to progress within the role, there will be opportunities to move into client facing positions or more senior internal sales roles.
