The Role
As a Graduate Commercial Trainee, you’ll undertake a structured induction programme, gaining exposure across every business area. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll develop expertise in commercial, operational, and customer-facing aspects before transitioning into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with:
- Site Managers
- Quantity Surveyors
- Business Development Managers
- Suppliers
- Logistics teams
- Fitters
- Help resolve issues, process orders, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, relationship-building, and developing broad commercial skills.
