Graduate Sales Trainee

Graduated and ready to kick-start your career?
We're recruiting on behalf of a growing Watford-based business that's expanding its Community Outreach and Customer Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate looking to gain practical experience in sales, business development, customer engagement, and relationship management.
No previous sales experience is required. If you're motivated to learn, enjoy working with people, and are looking for genuine career progression, full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you'll engage directly with customers through community outreach campaigns across Watford and the surrounding areas, helping to promote products and services while building lasting customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers through face-to-face community outreach campaigns.
- Building rapport and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Promoting products and services while identifying customer needs.
- Supporting registrations, applications, and sales processes.
- Working towards individual and team performance goals.
- Developing your communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Participating in ongoing coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for graduates with ambition, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- A recent degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, resilient, and coachable attitude.
- Confidence working in a customer-facing environment.
- A desire to build a long-term career in sales or business.

What You'll Receive
Earnings include a combination of base pay (£1,935 per calendar month) plus uncapped on-target earnings through performance-based incentives (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
