About Us
United Media (https://www.united-media.com/) focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. to date, we have organically launched six companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities
Your role will be dynamic, with diverse core tasks including:
- Leading projects related to growing new companies, such as:
- Starting new ventures
- Designing stellar marketing operations
- Developing and executing sales strategies
- Recruiting leading A+ teams
- Becoming an industry expert to develop and execute effective strategies.
- Driving expansion and ensuring excellent daily operations.
- Dreaming big and chasing those dreams relentlessly.

What We Expect from You
This role does not require specific previous work experience—training is provided. However, a UK work permit is essential.
We’re seeking candidates who possess the following:
- A relentless drive and a desire to be the very best.
- An unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency.
- Taking complete ownership of tasks; being proactive and reliably committed.
- Curiosity and passion about people, including strong relational skills (speaking, building, and nurturing connections).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A highly organised nature, with the ability to structure and prioritise responsibilities.
Location & Schedule
- Location: Buckingham Gate (London), onsite basis (Monday to Friday). The environment demands fast-paced collaboration for creating market-leading events year-round.
