Graduate Scheme - Autumn 2026 (Job Ref: autumn26)

Location: Management Development Services Ltd | 14 Papyrus Business Parc, Werrington, Peterborough, PE4 5BH

Salary: £26,000 (Year 1) - £28,000 (Year 2)

Apprenticeship Level: Higher Apprenticeship – Level 5: Leadership and Management

Programme Duration: 2 years (with up to 4 secondments in UK food and agriculture businesses)

About the Role

Kick-start your career in the food and fresh produce industry with MDS.

MDS is offering a fast-track route into leadership and management through its graduate scheme, designed for driven graduates eager to secure real-world experience early in their careers.

During the two-year programme, you’ll:

  • Receive structured training while earning a full salary
  • Gain hands-on experience across four secondments (6–12 months each), working with leading UK businesses in food, agriculture, and horticulture
  • Lead impactful projects, from managing harvest operations to driving innovation for major retailers
  • Develop leadership skills through mentoring and expert coaching
