Our 5-week Graduate Training (starting Monday 21st September 2026) centers onConstructive skills:
- Black-letter law
- Witness statements
- Claim form drafting
- Client communication
Based in Manchester (travel/residential expenses covered).
Post-training, you’ll have: ✅ Weekly supervisor meetings for guidance ✅ Department buddies to support and assist you
Proven Progression
- 100% of our Trainee Solicitors graduate from our scheme.
- Average transition from graduate to SQE/TC: 6–15 months.

The Role
Location: Liverpool Office
We’re recruiting dedicated graduates into three departments:
- Motorcycle Claims
- Civil Liberties & Group Actions
- CICA Claims
Responsibilities
Assist a qualified fee earner on: ✔ Direct legal task support (claims, paperwork) ✔ Client liaison (face-to-face/video calls)
Note: No prior legal experience required.
What We Offer
Three annual appraisals + weekly supervisor check-ins ✔ £27,500 salary / year ✔ Flexible 39.5-hour contract: 8:30AM–5:30PM Monday–Thursday, 5PM Friday

Requirements
- Eligibility: Law graduates (LLB/GDL/LCJ/LLM/LPC or equivalent).
- Timing: *Full-time commitment from 3rd August 2026 with no leave for first 3 months.
- Key traits: Passion for supporting injured clients, ambition.
Note: Recruitment is rolling. Role closes when quota is full.

Recruitment Process
- One-way pre-recorded video interview (completed at your own pace).
- Face-to-face MS Teams interview.
