Strive Collective
Strive Collective is a London-based events and customer acquisition company delivering face-to-face campaigns within the UK energy sector.
We partner with leading national energy providers to grow their B2C channels through live events, retail activations, trade shows, and pop-up campaigns.
Over the next five years, we are scaling significantly with a plan to deliver 300+ energy events nationwide. As a result, we are building a new generation of sales professionals who want structured progression into leadership and campaign management.
Our Graduate Management Scheme
Our Graduate Management Scheme is designed for ambitious graduates who want hands-on experience across sales, event operations, leadership, and market expansion with a clear pathway into management.
About The Graduate Scheme
This is a full-time, structured development programme.
You will begin in front-line customer acquisition, learning the sales and communication foundation of our business within the energy sector. From there, you will progress through clearly defined stages to gain a 360° understanding of leadership, campaign operations, and market growth.

Key Responsibilities
During your time on the programme, you will:
- Represent leading UK energy providers at live events, retail venues, and pop-up locations
- Deliver face-to-face customer engagement and energy consultations
- Learn advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and performance tracking
- Understand compliance and regulatory standards within the energy sector
- Support daily event coordination and operational logistics
- Work alongside team leaders to understand campaign planning and territory management
- Assist with onboarding and coaching new team members
- Participate in structured leadership and business development training
- Contribute to individual and team performance targets
- Progress into campaign supervision, team leadership, and event management responsibilities over time

Requirements
We welcome applications from candidates who:
- Have recently graduated or are graduating in 2025/2026 (any discipline considered)
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are confident working in a face-to-face, target-driven environment
- Are ambitious, competitive, and motivated by progression
- Are resilient and comfortable in a performance-based role
- Are eager to develop leadership and business management skills
- Are able to commute to central London
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
